The lying Costco SCUM assured me I would get “automatic” refund if I didn’t shop enough to earn a higher rebate than the $60 upgrade.
I only agreed to get away from that lying bitch, she just wouldn’t take no for an answer and I have no idea why I didn’t just tell her to F off.
They LIED. And LIED. And LIED again.
Still waiting for my refund and Costco does NOT respond to written requests, whether it’s chat or a Trustpilot review.

In 2023 I got lied to when entering the store about the executive membership, was assured that I would automatically get a refund if my 2% rebate was less than the $60 membership upgrade.
I told that liar that I lived over 2 hours from the nearest store and therefore couldn’t shop at Costco regularly.
Got a $12 or whatever rebate and they charged me $120 again.
Went on Costco chat and they refused to assist, and demanded that I call. I suffer from severe stress-induced PTSD from those kinds of calls and might suffer a heart attack or stroke when they stress me with more lies, holding, etc. etc. I’m busy working because I can’t survive on $298 social security.
Why on earth would I “talk” to these liars anyway?
The audacity!
So I went to Costco Henderson on St. Rose on 8/23/24, stood in line at membership, it took forever, they had to get a manager, bla bla bla, and they finally said I’d get a refund.
Just checked my credit cards and saw nothing. No chat at the website for assistance.
Tried to cancel the membership online, but couldn’t figure out how.
Originally joined Costco because they had ORGANIC dog food at a good price. They haven’t had in probably over a year.
Unopened cheese molded months before the expiration date, and packaged fruit was sometimes bad by the time I got home.
I’m done with Costco. Just wish I could figure out how to cancel!
