I have so had it with their incompetence, ignorance, inability to keep notes … WTF is going on?

Don’t ever again vote for SueAnn Mello, Mohave County Treasurer. I will elaborate on the numerous problems I’ve experienced since Ms. Mello became Treasurer.
When I have more time I’ll add their notice of the returned check and my previous email to AZFCU here. Treasurer Mello charges outrageous fees after they told me that there would be NO FEE for checks returned due to STOP PAYMENT. I thought that was odd, and due to previous lies and incompetence I decided NOT to put a stop payment on the duplicate payment and I told AZFCU not to do the stop payment. I thought I was successful because I didn’t get the required Docusign request for at least a week. You couldn’t make this shit up if you tried.
None of the current problems would have occurred if they had provided for ACH payments free of charge or a small nominal fee. Dimwitted, they think they save money by forcing homeowners to pay the property tax by check and then leaving the checks sitting for several weeks before depositing. This is how seniors lose their homes for delinquent taxes. They have NO respect for the people who pay their salaries!
That Arizona Financial Credit Union is unable to attach notes to accounts about IMPORTANT issues like stopping payment of a check is shocking. I so wanted to recommend them, despise the corrupt bankers and hoped a credit union would be a better alternative. Watch The Money Masters (fact-checked) if you want to know why I support Luigi.

I just received notice of my giant social security increase to $306/month. I have to WORK to EARN a living and if I operated like you, nobody would ever pay me a dime and I’d get sued for damages.
2) Please IMMEDIATELY do whatever it takes to FIX your GIANT SCREWUP, returning my property tax unpaid due to a STOP PAYMENT specifically NOT requested.
Attached is the 12/10/24 Notice from Barbara Marshall, Treasurer SueAnn Mello’s shitshow. These idiots told me that they could NOT hold the 2nd payment sent in error after the AZFCU bill pay showed the 1st payment incorrectly as “CANCELLED” in Bill Pay.
Treasurer Mello’s imbeciles recently returned the FIRST check to me despite claiming that it was not possible to NOT deposit the 2nd duplicate check. WHY WHY WHY????
As I have had many similar experiences with Treasurer Mello’s imbeciles, and AZFCU was unable to cancel the 2nd payment literally just a few minutes after I made it, I decided NOT to put a stop payment on the second check. I did NOT sign the required stop payment Docusign doc and in fact called back the next day to inform AZFCU to NOT stop that payment on that check.
Incredibly, the person I spoke with advised that there were NO notes with my account regarding the STOP PAYMENT despite out calls the previous day.
WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON AT AZFCU?
I so wanted to refer AZFCU to all my friends and neighbors and on social media. The branch people are super, no waiting, and I had absolutely NO problems during the years I had an account I didn’t actively use. It is SHOCKING to experience your utter incompetence. Is it a lack of training or are your people stupid?
Please immediately deposit $1,000 compensation into my personal account and arrange to have my property tax payment made to the Treasurer.
If you don’t get this done today, I will have to make a special trip to Kingman (120 mile round trip) for the cashiers check and to the Treasurer’s office to make the payment.
I suffered severe brain damage (PDST) from similar abuse by countless corporations and government agencies. Since I received the notice of my returned check I keep waking up at night, so stressed over this never ending SHITSHOW and the stress is LITERALLY killing me.
